What an insightful read!!!!! I try to consume a lot of natural proteins through eggs, red meat, and chicken, but also supplement with whey protein powder. I never really bothered to pay too much attention to the desired/undesired ingredients but I now feel prepared to face that daunting protein aisle next time I run low. Keep up the good work!
