With all the emphasis on eating healthy, do you ever get confused on what exactly to put on your plate? MyPlate is a great tool that can help you avoid becoming overwhelmed in the dining hall and make a good choice. But besides having pretty colors, what does MyPlate tell us about nutrition.

So we’ve all heard the advice…8 cups of water a day! 64 ounces of water! Make sure to drink a lot of water every day! No matter which way you’ve heard it, the rumor is that water should be a staple in our diets. This is true, but it is easier said than done to drink 64 ounces of water every day. If you are like me, drinking enough water everyday could be a challenge because you simply forget that your water bottle exists or because it just tastes too boring. Thankfully, there are ways to work around these challenges!
