But did you know that tea can also provide you with numerous health benefits? That's right, people have been drinking the steeped herbs and flowers for centuries to fight off inflammation, boost the immune system, and more. Yet, not all teas are created equal. The Bottom LineTeas can be a delicious and healthful drink choice, especially in the winter when you feel chilled from the inside out! If you have allergies, make sure to read the ingredients label first to avoid any unforeseen reactions. And if you're able, making your own tea at home / in the dorm is a better option than buying pre-made tea drinks from stores. This way, you can avoid unnecessary added sugars (and costs).
