By: Rachael May, Student Nutritionist Herbs are a great way of adding flavor to food in place of salt to help reduce sodium consumption. Herbs can come fresh, dried, or powdered and recipes will typically indicate which type of herb they use. Picking which herbs to add and which ones’ pair together can be tricky, so we’ve put together a guide on how to flavor foods with herbs!
