Such an insightful read!! Sometimes I can't help myself before bed and have to eat something good...unfortunately not any of the foods you recommended. 3 hours!?!?!?!? That's so crazy!!!!! I guess I can work on that and my portion sizes......Also, what temperature is best to avoid excessive sweating during sleep? My partner often struggles with this issue and I want to help her!! Keep up the good work!!!!
