Produce Spotlight: Winter SquashWinter squash is not just one squash, it is a variety of squashes. The most popular ones are spaghetti squash, acorn squash, and butternut squash. These squashes are high in vitamins B6 and C, fiber, magnesium, potassium, and protein! Squashes can be used in soups, salads, sandwiches, or even cooked on their own! A great way to use spaghetti squash is turning it in spaghetti!
