Such an interesting read!! My skin is generally pretty good...maybe a little dry but I now I'll know which foods to eat to help!! I definitely have high selenium levels...eggs and meat every day!! And youre so right!! Theres no reason to be hard on yourself. You know from first-hand experience that patience is a virtue!!! And look at you now!!! Your skin is beautiful!!!!!!
