You drink a cup of coffee, but you can't see through your dense brain fog. Or maybe you're constantly irritable and on-edge. Of course, these bothersome issues can be due to an array of factors. Medication usage, age, hormone levels, genetics, disease history, and ever-changing life circumstances impact our state of being each and every day. And, most of these factors are out of our control.
