More often than not, individuals on weight loss diets are unsuccessful in the long run for the simple reason that the diets are difficult to maintain for a lifetime. Instead of dieting, make small and incremental steps (or "baby steps") toward lifelong healthy eating patterns. Taking baby steps will help you pave the way to eating for your lifelong health.
