This can be extremely frustrating, especially when trying to stay fit and healthy during the winter months. The solution for me is meal prepping The idea behind meal prepping is to prepare your meals in advance so that all you have to do is reheat them when you're ready to eat. My wife and I meal prep one to two times per week. It's a fun activity that we can do together on the weekend that helps free up time for us in the evenings during the week.
