Despite the age old saying that "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" many people - students especially - skip out on eating in the morning. Why Breakfast? Breakfast has a surprising amount of benefits:
But I'm Not Hungry in the Morning?
Often times people who skip breakfast tend to eat snacks late into the evening. This limits hunger the next morning because you went to bed on a full stomach. Then when you wake up you don't eat breakfast and stack your eating later in the day and evening. By eating breakfast for one or two days- even if you aren't hungry- you first begin to train your body to expect food in the morning, which will increase morning hunger. Additionally eating food in the morning manages hunger late into the evening, reducing evening snacking. Which in turn causes you to wake up hungrier for breakfast! But I Don't Like Breakfast Foods? America has done us a great disservice by classifying certain foods as "breakfast foods". The same way it's okay to have eggs and cereal for dinner, it's okay to have pasta or a turkey sandwich for breakfast! I used to always skip breakfast because I just wasn't a fan of the traditional "breakfast foods" of scrambled eggs or french toast. When creating breakfast ideas it is important to include a source of carbohydrate (grain, fruit or veggie) with a source of protein (protein or dairy) to give your optimal energy in your day!

How do you meet other gamblers if you're not in a casino setting? I have a friend who carries around a guitar pick in his pocket, when he has an opportunity to get rid of some loose change his guitar pick stands out among the coins he's shifting through and most often people who play guitar will say, "Hey, I Play Guitar Too." It's a great way for him to strike up an otherwise awkward conversation about music. Could the same work for someone who holds a few 10g Desert Sands Casino Poker Chips in their hand? Sure, why not?
